2 1/4	c	Catsup
2 1/4	c	Water
2	ts	Beef broth
3	tb	Brown sugar
1/2	ts	Worcestershire sauce
2		Shakes
1	tb	Lemon juice
1/2	ts	Liquid smoke
1 1/4	ts	Dry mustard
1	ts	Chili powder
1/2	ts	Garlic powder
1	ts	Black pepper
1/4	tb	Cayenne
1		Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and bring to boil; then simmer for 15 mins. Cool and store in refrigerator until needed. Makes 1 quart.
